Survey research enables the client to obtain objective data about the state of their human capital. Surveys conducted by a third party organization provide employees with an opportunity to raise concerns and issues that they are uncomfortable discussing with other company personnel. Surveys are highly customizable, enabling clients to obtain answers specific to any department within the organization.
Our surveys can be customized to address any issue that may concern the client’s organization, from customer satisfaction to organizational trust. Survey work can be commissioned in any subject, including any of the following areas:
Employee Morale
Job Satisfaction
Organizational Commitment
Organizational Analysis
Organizational Trust
Work/ Life Balance
Stress
Skills Assessments (used to evaluate specific competencies of employees or the organization)
360- degree feedback analyzes employee performance and development from multiple points of view, including supervisors, peers, subordinates, and customers. The power of this type of feedback is that it gives the participant concrete data on exactly how well they are satisfying job requirements and organizational expectations. Additionally, the subject can see how others evaluate them versus how they evaluate themselves. Knowledge of how an employee is perceived by others can have a significant impact, especially when such information is derived from colleagues. Common applications of 360-degree feedback assessment include, but are not limited to, leadership development, motivating employee behavior change, supporting cultural changes, reinforcing team behaviors, and career development.
We offer both validated assessments as well as custom assessments that can be developed for any developmental situation. Our feedback is both constructive and comprehensive; with your feedback results we create developmental action plans that facilitate the development of each participant, and create real behavioral change.
An organizational analysis study provides the client organization with concrete answers about the current state of its human capital. Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee motivation levels are all measured. To complete the picture of the organization, the behavioral characteristics and leadership styles of the leadership team are also analyzed through 360-degree feedback analysis. Once complete, a customized action plan is developed and delivered.
Intervention facilitates successful change within the client’s company. Organizations exist in a state of flux, with the need for change a constant at all levels. Whether small or large-scale change is necessary, an intervention will enable the client organization to implement any change process with positive results. Our intervention strategies focus on the following areas:
Company-wide: The emphasis here is organizational development and assessment of the entire system. Areas addressed include vision, strategy, planning, and management systems.
Department-wide: At the departmental level, intervention addresses leadership, process management, workflows, employee performance, change management, and overall performance.
Work Teams: Building the functionality and cohesiveness of the team is the emphasis of intervention at this level. Team charter, boundaries, communication, conflict issues, processes, and measurements are all addressed.
Individual: Skill development, personal and professional improvement is the emphasis at the individual level. Intervention at this level is customized and addresses all facets of the individual’s performance.
A Needs-Analysis provides an organized method for diagnosing the client’s training and development needs. Needs-Analysis will help identify the precise areas where training is needed, as well as identifying the client’s training requirements. With the added benefit of ensuring that training and development initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and culture, Needs-Analysis enables us to create a training solution that is specific to the client organization.
Coaching is a collaborative and directed relationship that transforms the effectiveness of the leader; it builds new competencies and creates the capacity for more effective action. Our coaching process goes beyond teaching theories, and instead engages the client in action that produces embodied learning — the ability to act in an immediate and powerful way. The coach's role is to assist you in developing the insight, skills, and new practices necessary for you to reach your developmental potential.
The coaching process starts with an in-depth analysis, so that we may understand the organization’s overall business strategy. Next, 360-degree feedback analysis is utilized to assess the leader’s strengths and weaknesses. Rather than taking the “feel good” approach, we challenge every assumption to create true growth, and tangible results, something most executive coaches do not offer.
