About the Principal
Christina Hata brings a background that includes an
understanding of infrastructure, human resources, and organizational research.
Prior career experience in finance and accounting enables her to understand the
organization from the operational perspective. As an organizational development
professional, she believes that successful organizations foster a corporate
culture around service to both employees and customers. As a statistics and
management professor, she recognizes the need for relevant, quantifiable,
quantitative research. An experienced speaker and presenter, she regularly
presents workshops at professional and academic conferences. She is currently
working on two books, Organizational Toxicology: Learning to Understand Toxic
Managers in the Workplace and Developing Strategies for Change and What
Every CEO Should Know About Their People: What’s Really Happening in Your
Organization. Both books are works in progress.
